BMW Group Malaysia today introduced the new BMW 320i Sport Edition (320i SE), the latest addition to the car known as the Premium Sports Sedan Segment Leader.
“The individual elements of the BMW Lines are perfectly matched to create a distinctive character that is simply unmistakable in this new variant of the BMW 3 Series. The availability of such design options creates a clear differentiation between the model series, enabling drivers to tailor their BMW 3 Series to their design preferences and personal lifestyle,” said Alan Harris, the managing director of BMW Group Malaysia.
BMW’s latest offering sports a new aesthetic design, both exterior and interior, and is available in a variety of colours. The BMW 320i Sport Edition also features sport seats, a leather steering wheel, and upholstery that is available in two colour options.
The 320i SE features the BMW TwinPower Turbo 2.0-litre inline-four-cylinder petrol engine capable of generating a maximum output 135kW / 184hp which enables the car to achieve a 0-100km/h in 7.6 seconds.
Despite the acceleration, it offers an average fuel consumption of only 6 litres per 100 km as well as only emitting 141 g/km of carbon dioxide. The eighth gear lowers fuel consumption at high speed. This transmission maximises the sum of ride comfort and dynamic ability.
It also features BMW EfficientDynamics technologies which include brake Energy regeneration, auto start/stop function as part of its driving experience control options.
In addition, the 320i SE now comes with the navigation system business on a 6.5” display monitor.The HiFi loudspeaker system has been further enhanced with a 205 watt amplifier, vehicle-specific equalizing, and nine loudspeakers.
The retail price of the 320i SE is RM258,800.
