In this series of three articles KniBiz turns the spotlight onEcoWorld Development and SP Setia. We start with the people who are behind the former and go on to consider the history behind some of its landbank. We end with an article on Liew Kee Sin, who has been at the helm of SP Setia since 1996. With him leaving in March 2015 (at the latest), what can or will Permodalan Nasional Bhd which owns close to 70% of SP Setia do? Liew also seems to have started his own property outfit, EcoWorld Development, together with other SP Setia veterans.
