Analysts believe that mobile operators throughout the Asia Pacific region will be increasing mobile tariffs this year. Some believe that mobile operators here can actually afford to lower rates because they are doing so well. So are they really able to? In our previous article, we examined the financial health of mobile operators in Malaysia against that of their Asia Pacific peers and whether they can afford to lower mobile rates.
