ASLI to launch annual housing & property summit

ASLI 18th National Housing & Property Summit 2015The Asian Strategy and Leadership Institute (ASLI) will be launching the 18th National Housing & Property Summit 2015, titled “Housing & Property Development in a Challenging Market”. It will be held on Aug 21, 2015 at the Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa.

The opening keynote address will be given by the Minister of Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local
Government, Abdul Rahman Dahlan.

The event aims to address key questions and challenges regarding housing and property development as well as strategic issues related to them.

Participants would be exposed to the opportunity to analyse trends in the housing and property sector, to identify key issues and challenges facing the property sector, to evaluate the prospects in each subsector, to exchange views on how to overcome any slowdown in the industry and to avoid a property bubble, to update information and insights on new developments, and to Identify and assess new property hot spots.

This annual summit targets property developers, architects, town planners, civil engineers, building material manufacturers and suppliers, property and conveyancing lawyers, bankers, REITs managers, asset and fund managers, real estate agencies, house buyers, government officials from property-related departments, land officers and other parties interested in the housing and property sector.

Normal registration fee is RM1,908 per delegate (fee includes 6% GST, lunch, refreshment, and conference documentation).

For a group of three or more delegates, there is a special group discount whereby the fee is RM1,590 (inclusive of 6% GST). The same amount is also applied for Rehda members and government officials.
