Malaysia’s leading property website, iProperty.com, is set to launch its first property exhibition in Johor on May 1-3.
Group managing director and chief executive officer Georg Chmiel said the Home & Property Investment Fair will be held at Komtar Johor Bahru City Centre here from 10am to 10pm.
It promises to be an ideal platform for local and international property buyers and investors, and to find the best deals under one roof, as prominent exhibitors and developers will be showcasing their developments.
Among the prominent developers are SP Setia Bhd, UEM Sunrise Bhd, UDA Land Sdn Bhd, United Malayan Land (UMLand), MB Land Sdn Bhd, Glenmarie Properties and KCC Development.
“Johor is indeed a destination that local and foreign property buyers and investors want to invest in. The weakening ringgit plus Malaysia’s friendly foreign ownership policy has made property in the the country even more attractive especially for foreigners.
“As such, the property expo will be the perfect avenue for foreign property buyers and investors who are looking at getting a property in Johor to do so,” said Chmiel in a statement here today.
Lucky draw prizes are up for grabs at the three-day event.
