iProperty.com Malaysia will host the Home and Property Investment Fair at the Gurney Plaza in Penang from April 23-26.
Managing director/chief executive officer Georg Chmiel said the property market in Penang is highly sought-after due to its location and quality of life.
“Penang is also a destination of choice for Malaysia My Second Home beneficiaries,” he said in a statement here today.
The admission will be free.
It will feature four local exhibitors — KL Metro Group, Mah Sing Group, Tambun Indah and Tropicana Corp.
