More than 1,600 stalwarts from the oil and gas industry, including 19 of Malaysia’s industry giants, are set to present at the 20th International Oil and Gas Industry Exhibition and Conference (OSEA2014) which will be held from Dec 2 to 5 at Singapore’s Marina Bay Sands.
According to OSEA2014, the previous edition OSEA2012 saw over 27,000 attendees of which 2,100 of them are Malaysians. This year’s exhibition and conference is expected to draw more than 28,000 trade visitors from 45 countries and regions.
OSEA2014 will showcase the latest equipment, technology and applications to tap into the region’s increasing need for more sophisticated technologies and solutions in the oil and gas industry.
Among the leading Malaysian players at the exhibition include Anticorrosion Protective Systems (M) Sdn Bhd, API Schmidt-Bretten South East Asia Sdn Bhd, Bekaert, Intralink Techno Sdn Bhd, JK Schelkis Offshore Sdn Bhd, Lima Bintang Shipping & Forwarding Sdn Bhd, Swift Energy Sdn Bhd, and Tetra Synergy Engineering Sdn Bhd.

OGmTech, the International Exhibition on Manufacturing Technology for Oil & Gas is set to make its debut at OSEA2014. In addition, OSEA2014 International Conference, themed “Unlocking the Full Potential of Offshore Reserves with Innovative Solutions” will be held to address pertinent topics namely future outlook for oil and gas supply and exploration, resource management through oilfield recovery, latest developments and technologies in unconventional and deepwater environments.
