Protasco Bhd plans to build a premium residential development called Rimbawan Residences @ De Centrum with a gross development value (GDV) of RM342 million.
The project is in its RM10 billion new township called De Centrum City in KL’s growing southern corridor and is expected to be completed at the end of 2018.
In a statement today, Protasco said the Rimbawan Residences @ De Centrum will be opened for registration in the fourth quarter of this year.
“The Rimbawan Residences @ De Centrum comprises four tower blocks and 13 exclusive villa units which come complete with individual plunge pools.
“Built on 0.7ha of freehold land, the four tower blocks offer 504 condominium units ranging in size from 875 to 1,330 square feet, while the villas are approximately 3,450 square feet,” it said.
On the prevailing slow economy, Protasco managing director for property and infrastructure Kenny Chong Ther Nen said the company owns the entire land of De Centrum City which is unencumbered.
“So there is less pressure on us to achieve unrealistic targets as we can pace our growth to coincide with the general economic growth accordingly,” he said.
