Real estate developers, private and institutional investors, architects, consultants, real estate solution providers, cities and regional agencies will be converging at Cityscape from Feb 4, 2015 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.
The real estate investment and development event is organised to bridge connections with stakeholders and facilitate business exchanges in the foremost property exhibition and conference to be held in Malaysia. Cityscape expects to generate RM15.5 million in property sales.
IQI, which is participating at Cityscape as a Silver sponsor, will be strengthening their market presence in real estate consultancy for property investments, venture capital investments, project evaluations and international property marketing and sales. Established in 2011, IQI has grown exponentially worldwide and boasted US$330 million of international property sales, complemented by links to institutional investors and access to over 600 dedicated sales staff globally.

The Cityscape Malaysia exhibition is set to open with property development showcases and launches of overseas and local real estate projects. Besides major project showcases from exhibitors such as Angsana Teluk Bahang, Aseana Properties, BRDB Developments, Eco World Development Group, Emirates Land Real Estate, GRE Assets, Glenmarie Properties, Iskandar Malaysia, Ireka Corporation, Island LandCap Properties Group, Low Yat Group, SP Setia, See Hoy Chan, Tian Hong Holdings, and UEM Sunrise; a number of exhibitors are launching their projects at Cityscape and showcasing for the first time the blueprints to their developments.
The property launches at Cityscape Malaysia include covert beachfront properties, such as the Brighton Marina, Angsana Teluk Bahang and the Oceanus. GRE Assets is launching the redevelopment of Brighton Marina. The Europe’s largest marina is claimed to be one of the most exciting transformation developments in the history of the south coast city.
Senja Aman is launching the Angsana Teluk Bahang located in Penang, a collection of luxury two-bedroom beachfront units will be opened for sale at Cityscape Malaysia. This is the first beach resort development in Malaysia to be managed by award-winning Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts and is said to be a benchmark for Malaysia’s tourism and property sector.
Island LandCap Properties Group is using Cityscape Malaysia as the launch pad for the Oceanus beachfront luxury villa located at Batu Feringghi, Penang. Inspired by the island’s colonial heritage, the Oceanus is dubbed as a masterpiece of Victorian artistry. Each villa offers an expansive built-up area of over 9,000 square feet. Island LandCap is conducting investor meeting programmes at Cityscape Malaysia for this development.
Visitors to Cityscape Malaysia will also be able to view architectural works by award winning international design firms such as Spark Architects and Veritas Design Group. Spark Architects is showcasing their latest Nusmetro’s Arte Black project. Spark Architects portfolio of iconic projects in Asia include the Fai-Fah Prachautis in Bangkok which won the “Iconic Award” for Retail Architecture category and the Starhill Gallery in Kuala Lumpur which won in the ‘Iconic Award’ for Public Architecture category from the German Design Council.
